Can I book same day?

All rentals must be booked by midnight on the day prior. If you need a same day rental, we recommend Pine Nut Cycle Shop & Ebike Rentals.

Where do you offer delivery to?

We deliver to any address with a 96150 or 89449 zip code.

Where will my bike be waiting for me?

This depends on your hotel or vacation home, we will give you a detailed description of your electric bike rental location after delivery.

Are helmets required?

Helmets are optional for 18 and over, required by law for anyone below the age of 18.

I just booked, what’s next?

Check your confirmation email, click the “view required documents” button. We must receive a separate waiver for every bike being delivered. Failure to fill out required waivers will delay your rental.

What time is my is my rental over?

All day rentals are due back at 6 pm. You can extend it till midnight for an additional $15. Please email or call us for the rental extension.

I’m done riding, what do I do now?

Lock up your ride and place keys where you got them. This changes based on whether you are staying at a hotel or home. For hotels we leave keys with reception or concierge.
